Jennifer helped me with my first home purchase nine years ago (a condo in the Dakota), and recently helped me sell the condo. On both sides of the table, she was utterly professional and flawless.

Representing me as a buyer, she taught me the ins and outs of the complex purchase process, including obtaining a mortgage (and evaluating options); managing offers, inspections, and contracts; and most importantly finding exactly the place that I wanted that met all of my criteria.

She understands what it is you are looking for in a house and keeps the focus on those criteria. That was very helpful since we had limited time to look on the weekends.

Jennifer did an amazing job and the results were clear. She walked us through comps and listened to our desires for marketing the property (no pressure for us to sell and she understood that). We priced at an amount that was higher than anticipated but Jennifer was confident that it was a fair price and considering we did not have to sell immediately.

Her contacts led us to a showing and a viewing within 24 hours and we were under contract the following day. Before closing, we moved out of state and had some repairs and other issues that needed to be addressed. Jennifer and her team made sure that we were kept informed, met with contractors as needed, and were a perfect liaison between us and the buyer. I was very satisfied with the service and the result!!
