In Atlanta, locals say they live "Intown" or "ITP." Intown Atlanta is not just one neighborhood but a collection of many neighborhoods making up the urban core and found right in the middle in our metro area. "ITP" and "OTP" refer to the interstate circling Atlanta, I-285. "ITP" = "inside-the-perimeter" and "OTP" = "outside-the-perimeter."
